By purchasing or using any of our hosting, domain, or related services (“Services”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “user”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using any service provided by Softicode Hosting, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Services Overview

Softicode Hosting provides:

• Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Server solutions

• Domain Registration and DNS Management

• Email, SSL, and Website Tools

• Technical Support and Maintenance Services

We may add, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Softicode Hosting is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to your negligence.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

• Hosting or distributing malware, phishing pages, or illegal content

• Sending spam, unsolicited emails, or harmful code

• Engaging in hacking, DDoS, or attacks against other servers or networks

• Hosting adult, violent, or copyrighted material without permission

• Mining cryptocurrency or running resource-intensive background processes on shared servers

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

5. Payment and Billing

• All prices are listed in BDT or USD, exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

• You agree to pay all charges on or before the due date.

• Invoices are automatically generated based on your billing cycle.

• Failure to pay may result in account suspension or deletion after 7 days of non-payment.

• Domain and hosting renewals are your responsibility; Softicode Hosting is not liable for loss due to non-renewal.

6. Refund & Cancellation

• Shared Hosting plans include a 45-Day Money Back Guarantee.

• No refunds are issued for domain registrations, renewals, or SSL certificates.

• Refunds are only available if requested within the eligible period and account has not violated any terms.

• Services may be cancelled at any time via your client dashboard or by contacting support.

7. Resource Usage Limits

For shared hosting accounts:

• CPU, memory, and I/O limits must remain within your plan quota.

• Inactive or idle cron jobs, scripts, or excessive database queries may be disabled.

• Softicode Hosting reserves the right to suspend accounts exceeding normal usage or affecting server performance.

8. Backups and Data Protection

• Free daily backups are provided as a courtesy; however, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

• We do not guarantee restoration of lost data.

• Backup retention and restoration availability may vary per plan.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your service if:

• Payment is overdue

• You violate the Acceptable Use Policy

• Your usage poses a risk to server stability or other clients

• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior toward staff or systems

10. Limitation of Liability

Softicode Hosting, its owners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits

• Downtime due to maintenance, updates, or third-party failures

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer in the last 3 months.

11. Support Policy

Support is provided via email, live chat, or ticket system for hosting-related issues only.
We do not offer support for:

• Third-party applications or scripts

• Custom coding or website design issues

• External software conflicts

12. Changes to Terms

Softicode Hosting reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be settled in the Dhaka District Court.
